Trevyn Despain, PT, DPT, CCI
Trevyn attended University of Ulster in Northern Ireland where he received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1997. Trevyn finished his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 and is a professor at University of Saint Augustine, San Marcos in their DPT program. Trevyn and his wife Lisa bought Brockton Physical Therapy in 2007. Since then they have continued to grow the company, creating a popular Physical Therapy clinic here in Riverside, CA. Trevyn's favorite aspect of physical therapy is working with complex cases; Whether it is multi-part injuries, delicate neck issues or cases in which it is unclear exactly what the problem is. Trevyn is always eager to get creative and find the treatments that will give his patients the results they need and have come to expect from him. When Trevyn is not working, he enjoys fly fishing, off-roading with his sons and spending time with his family.Rachel Rios, PT, MsPT
Rachel is from Toronto, Canada but fell in love with California back in 2001 and made it her goal to move here permanently. Rachel graduated from the California State University, San Bernardino in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. In 2008, she earned her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. In 2009 and began working as a physical therapist. Since then, Mrs. Rios has been treating patients with all types of orthopedic conditions. She's constantly improving her clinical skills through regular participation in manual therapy and continuing education courses. She is currently studying to be a yoga instructor and hopes to incorporate that into treatment for appropriate patients to help them further and transition out of therapy back to regular life and self-management. She's married to her wife Scarlette and they enjoy all types of activities that life in California affords them including hiking in the local mountains, visiting the beach, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and snowboarding. In her spare time, she likes to play guitar and piano and will often burst out into song in the clinic whether you like it or not. Jennifer graduated from UCLA in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiological Sciences.She then went on to Azusa Pacific University where she graduated with a Doctor in Physical Therapy in 2010. She then went on and completed an orthopedic residency program in 2011, in June 2012 she received her OCS. Jennifer is currently In the process of getting CAPTEE certified in Pelvic Health PT. Her interest is focused on pelvic pain and pains that affect pregnant and postpartum women. She has been a Physical therapist for 9 years and has been with us at Brockton PT for almost 1 year. When Jennifer is not at work she enjoys going to Dodger games, going to the movies, playing games with her kids and being a boy mom.Jason Herrera, DPT
Jason graduated from Arizona State University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He then worked as a physical therapy aide at Brockton PT for three years before being accepted into the DPT program at Western University of Health Sciences. Now after graduating in 2021 and receiving his DPT degree, Jason has returned to Brockton as a licensed physical therapist. Jason enjoys working with all types of patients including orthopedic, neurological, athletic, and geriatric. He is happily married to his wife Ileana. Together they enjoy traveling around the world to countries such as Costa Rica, Jamaica, Italy, Spain, France, and Mexico. Meet Hailey, a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist, a real person with a genuine love for providing the best possible care for her patients.She obtained her BA in Dance from UC Irvine in 2018 and subsequently completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at USAHS in San Marcos, CA, and graduated in 2024. Following a rewarding experience as a student physical therapist at Brockton in 2023, She made the decision to join the Brockton PT team in May 2024.
Hailey's specialized training includes completing the APTA Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Level 1 Combined course and the Current Concepts in Physical Therapy for Pelvic Organ Prolapse. She specializes in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and find great fulfillment in working with patients in this area.
In her leisurely time, She enjoys cooking, tending to her house plant collection, engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, and cherishing meaningful moments with her family and significant other.
Brandon Delle Donne, DPT
Meet Brandon Delle Donne, a dedicated and passionate physical therapist with diverse skills and a warm personality. Brandon received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CSUF in May 2010, and later pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USAHS, graduating in 2024.
Although Brandon has yet to obtain additional degrees, yet, it's important to note that he holds scuba licenses, including open water, advanced open water, enriched air nitrox, and rescue diver qualifications.
Since the age of 20, Brandon has been involved in the clinic environment, initially working as a PT aide. Over the years, they have gained extensive experience and knowledge from working alongside various clinicians, shaping their treatment philosophies. Their commitment to delivering exceptional patient care is reflected in their continuous efforts to think outside the box.
Focusing on orthopedic conditions, Brandon brings a wealth of expertise to the practice. Outside of work, he enjoys watching and playing various sports, with a particular passion for motorsports. He finds solace on the beach, savoring a cold beer and soaking in the sun.
